Booking Terms and Payment Policy?
1. Reservations & Payments
To secure your Cyclades sailing adventure, our payment structure is designed to be clear and simple:
• Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required upon booking confirmation to secure your yacht and dates.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled 30 days prior to your embarkation date.
2. Fixed Operational Packages & Skipper Fee
As stated in our “Carefree Budgeting” policy, the fixed-price packages covering the essential operating expenses (Final Cleaning, Skipper Fee, etc.) are paid separately:
• Payment Method: These package fees inluded in the offer price must be paid in CASH directly to our representative at the marina office upon check-in.
3. Security Deposit (Required for Damages)
The Security Deposit is standard practice and covers potential minor damages or loss of equipment not covered by the yacht’s insurance.
• Deposit Amount: The amount of the Security Deposit is €1,500 (one thousand Euros).
• Refund: This deposit is paid upon embarkation and is fully refundable upon disembarkation, provided the yacht and its equipment are returned in the same condition as received.
4. Embarkation & Disembarkation
• Check-in: Saturday at 17:00 (5:00 PM)
• Check-out: Saturday at 09:00 (9:00 AM)
Important Note: The yacht must return to the home base (marina) by 17:00 (5:00 PM) the evening before the final check-out day (Friday) to allow for the technical inspection and refueling procedures.
5. Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• 50% of the total charter fee is retained if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total charter fee is retained if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure.
Can I make an international transfer?
Yes. Do this either in your bank branch, or using your bank’s internet banking facility. You must use our IBAN and SWIFT codes when making the transfer.
Do I need to pay for my whole trip when I book?
No, to secure your booking we do require a deposit of 50% of the trip cost. The remaining balance will not be due until 4 weeks before your departure date
What about the Skipper payment ?
The payment is done separately for the boat and the skipper. Skipper’s fee of 1.470 EUR/Week , must be paid the date you will start your trip

Do I have to know how to sail?
No, your Skipper will be a fully qualified Yacht Master, with full capability of helming the yacht independently. You can take part in the sailing of the yacht as much or as little as you like. However, they will occasionally need some assistance while anchoring in the ports.
Is the sailing programs presented on website is definitively?
All our sailing programs presented on our website depend of weather conditions. So in some situations we will not be able to follow the program exactly as described and suggested, but our skippers would need to make modifications along the route. Our skippers will always consult you and explain possibilities for each day, so you could decide together what to do and where to go.
A typical day
A typical day on your weeks holiday will include breakfast aboard our Yacht, followed by 1-5 hours sailing to a new destination. We’ll stop for lunch on the Yacht and then you’ll have an opportunity to explore the destination or stay close to the Yacht and enjoy swimming, snorkelling, fishing or just relax in the sun. In the evening we’ll either take harbour on a new island and enjoy the local cuisine or have a BBQ on a secluded beach.
Packing & Travel • FAQs
What should I pack for my sailing holiday?
We suggest packing casual summer attire, swimwear, beach towel and appropriate footwear. We advise against hard-cased, wheelie suitcases. The less you pack, the more room on board and in your cabin, making for a more comfortable sailing holiday!
On which days does the yacht charter start and end?
For our one week sailing holidays our trips depart Saturday afternoon and return Friday evenings, for final check out at 9 am Saturday morning.

Supplies
There is a Big supermarket in the marina where you can buy food and drink and whatever else you will need for your trip. For you and your captain . There is also the possibility. to send us a list and we order for you
Meal Options
When sailing with us, your culinary choices are flexible and exciting, combining local flavors with the comfort of your private yacht.
On Shore: Taste the Local Life
Every island we visit features charming little ports and Choras (villages) where you’ll find a delightful variety of restaurants, traditional tavernas, and bars, all just a few steps from your boat.
These spots are open from early breakfast until after midnight, offering delicious options at very reasonable prices. We highly recommend indulging in the local cuisine and island specialties at one of the waterfront tavernas—it’s an experience you’ll want to repeat, surrounded by astonishing scenery and the authentic Greek atmosphere.
On Board: Enjoy Private Dining
For those moments you prefer privacy or seclusion, our sailboats are fully equipped with a galley featuring a cooker (oven and 2 burners), fridge, and all necessary kitchenware. Feel free to cook on board, perhaps while anchored in a remote, beautiful cove.
Provisioning is simple: Each island has grocery stores and markets within a short walk from the harbor, making it easy to stock your yacht with your favorite foods and drinks.
